There is no country like that.
The reality is, if you find it easy to pick up on girls in your own country, you won't have any problem in any other country. But if you can't get a girl at home, you definitely won't have girls falling all over you in another country - unless you go to a VERY poor country where women will latch on to any Western man, no matter how horrible, just to escape poverty.
