I am bi-curious and am not sure how to go about picking up women

It's one thing I've never been able to figure out. How do you approach or get approached by girls at the mall.I don't have a problem talking to girls or anything like that. I just don't want to be rude and interrupt girls while they are shopping. So my question is for the ladies. what situations is it best to approach girls or how can I set me self up to meet girls while shopping at the mall?

Ok so this is the first Valentine's Day I have been single for a long time. Would it be a good night to go out to the bars to pick up girls? Would you say your more or less likely to pick someone up on Valentine's Day?
